HOW TO ORDER
- Choose the type of paper you would like to use and the number of prints. We have a minimum print run of 5 prints.
- Choose a name for the artwork. This helps us if you're ordering multiple print runs at the same time.
- Once you have placed your order, simply reply to our order confirmation email attaching your print files.
- We aim to print and ship within seven days (often sooner) or collect your order at our Windermere studio.
WHAT FILES DO I SEND?
- Each design should be saved as a separate file. Send us your TIFFs or flattened PDFs at A4 size with 300dpi resolution in CMYK.
- Name each file with your chosen artwork name.
- Send by email to us (large files via Dropbox or WeTransfer please).
PRINT RUN DISCOUNTS
- 25+ prints: 10% discount
- 50+ prints: 15% discount
- 100+ prints: 20% discount
Discounts will apply across multiple artworks of the same size.
MINIMUM PRINT RUN QUANTITY
- There is a minimum print run of 5 copies for each artwork design.

PACKAGING
If you would like your prints to be individually packaged in cello-bags with a stiff board backing you can add our additional Print Packing Service to your order.

We offer two tracked shipping options:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.50 (2–3 working days)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.95 (1–2 working days)
Free UK Tracked 48 shipping on all orders over £80.
Please note: orders are typically dispatched from our Windermere shop within one working day. However, our large A1 prints have a production time of around 4–7 working days.
We do offer shipping outside of the UK - to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and certain EU countries. The shipping price will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes and/or customs charges, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should advise you of the charges due or else you should consult your local customs office.
All prints come unframed as standard but we can frame your prints as part of your order. Our frames are made from solid obeche wood in the UK with acrylic shatter-proof glazing for safety. Available in classic white, black or oak finish as well as vibrant yellow, pink and blue.
Each wood frame is 22mm wide, with a wooden backboard. The frame is mount-less and supplied with a hanging system on the back, all you need is a picture hook or single screw.
